Andrea Datzman
Since Andrea was 8 years old and an ancient sage green player piano came into her home in Northern California, she has been writing music. After training as a vocalist, playing piano and various woodwinds, she began her studies in composition at UC Santa Barbara. After earning a Bachelors Degree in Composition she spent a year studying with Composer Andrew Imbrie and living in San Francisco. Andrea moved to Los Angeles and completed USC’s graduate program in “Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television.”
As a composer, Andrea has written music for various TV Series, films and documentaries, including "UnderCovers"(TV), "Let Me In" and the award-winning short documentary “If a Body Meet a Body.”
Andrea has also worked as Scoring Coordinator, Orchestrator and Arranger for Movies, TV Shows and video games such as “LOST”, “UP”, "Super 8", “Star Trek”, “Ratatouille”, "50/50" “Mission Impossible IV” and the 81st Academy Awards
